A fresh menu normally opens every Monday. Orders close Wednesday at 6:00 PM CT for Saturday delivery. The date and cutoff shown on the live order page are the final schedule for that batch.

No. You order only when you want meals for that week's batch. If you need to change an order you already submitted, text Rida before the weekly cutoff so she can confirm what is still possible.

Yes. PRPD uses halal protein sourced from halal suppliers, and pork is never used in our food. Text Rida before ordering if you need details about a specific ingredient or supplier.

No. We do not cook with seed oils (canola, vegetable, soybean, sunflower, etc.). We use alternatives like olive oil and avocado oil. Clean ingredients are part of the PRPD standard.

Yes. Meals are prepared for the current weekly batch and delivered fresh on Saturday. Some dishes are marked freezer-friendly so you can save them for later in the week without guessing which meals will reheat best.

Refrigerate the meals you plan to eat first. For meals intended for later in the week, follow the storage guidance on the label and freeze them promptly when appropriate. Keep meals cold until reheating.

Lean is the lighter portion, while Bulk provides a larger serving with more calories and protein. Every dish shows its current portion macros and price before you add it, and you can order both tiers of the same dish.

Macros are calculated from measured recipe ingredients and portion weights. They are practical preparation estimates rather than laboratory-tested values, and each weekly dish displays its current calories and protein before you order.

List restrictions in the custom-plan intake form and text Rida before ordering. PRPD uses a commercial kitchen that also handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or zero cross-contact.

Every dish and tier is priced on the live menu. Your delivery ZIP determines the applicable area. Local delivery has a $60 order minimum, a $9.99 fee, and free delivery at an $85 food subtotal. Regional delivery has a $70 order minimum, a $12.99 fee, and free delivery at a $100 food subtotal. Extended delivery has a $100 order minimum, a $14.99 fee, and free delivery at a $135 food subtotal. Checkout shows your exact policy and total before submission.

No. The Local Delivery order minimum is $60. A local food subtotal of $85 unlocks free delivery; orders from $60 through $84.99 can still be placed and have the standard $9.99 local delivery fee. Regional and Extended Delivery have their own ZIP-based minimums and free-delivery thresholds, all shown before you submit the order.

The website records your order but does not charge a card. Your itemized email directs Zelle payment to payments@getprpd.com, and Rida texts you to confirm payment and delivery. Confirm that Zelle displays PRPD before sending; your order is not considered paid until Rida confirms it.

If your bank blocks the new business recipient, do not repeatedly retry the transfer. Reply to your order email or text Rida for an alternative payment option so your order can be handled safely.

PRPD is running a manually approved referral pilot. Paid PRPD customers can request a personal referral code. A new customer receives $10 off their first qualifying order, and the referring customer earns a $10 credit after that referred order is paid. Credits are not cash, cannot be combined on the same order, and are confirmed by Rida before use.
