What We Collect

When you submit a custom-plan intake, we may collect your name, phone number, city or area, fitness goal, dietary restrictions, referral details, and notes you choose to share.

When you place an order, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and instructions, meal selections, order total, referral or partner code, menu-email preference, and order notes. For a pickup order using a first-order promotion, we may also collect a home street address and ZIP privately to verify household eligibility; that address is not used as the pickup location.

We may also receive basic technical and marketing information, such as the page or campaign that brought you to PRPD, referral and click identifiers, browser or device information, IP address, cookie identifiers, and standard website analytics events. For Google Ads traffic, PRPD also records privacy-limited funnel stages such as landing-page view, menu view, cart start, checkout, and confirmed purchase; these stage records do not include a customer's name, email, phone number, street address, or raw Google click identifier.

How We Use It

We use this information to review your goals, contact you, prepare and deliver your meals, send order confirmations, apply approved promotions, maintain business records, improve PRPD, measure marketing performance, and protect the website from spam or abuse.

If you separately choose to receive weekly menu emails, we may send up to three menu-opening and order-cutoff emails per weekly cycle. You can unsubscribe at any time. Order confirmations are transactional and do not enroll you in menu emails.

Dietary and fitness information helps PRPD discuss meal preferences with you. It is not medical advice and should not replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Services That Help Us Operate

PRPD does not sell or rent customer information. We use service providers only where needed to operate the business, including Vercel for website hosting, Google Sheets for restricted business records, Resend for transactional order emails, and Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, and server-side Events API tools for website analytics, conversion attribution, and advertising measurement.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We share only the information reasonably needed for the service being performed.

Retention and Security

We retain customer and order information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide customer support, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls to restrict access to customer information. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

You may ask PRPD to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may opt out of menu emails at any time using the instructions in the message or by contacting PRPD. You can also use your browser settings to limit cookies and analytics technologies.

Children and Policy Updates

PRPD's ordering service is intended for adults placing meal orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
